If coming into the City is awkward, our logistics partners collect the watch from you instead. You receive a tracking number to follow the shipment, and the watch stays fully insured in transit and in storage.

- Fill out the form. Send the model, year, general condition and whether you still hold the box, papers, manual and tags. Photographs help, and the form accepts up to ten.
- Receive your valuation. Our experts assess the details and come back within 24 hours with a free quote that carries no obligation.
- Send the watch or bring it in. Post it to the Birchin Lane showroom using our insured collection service, or hand it over in person. Our certified watchmakers then run a detailed authenticity and condition check.
- Get paid the same day. Once the watch has been received and passed final approval at our head office, payment is released by bank wire transfer that day.
