Refund and Returns Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing by email or post within 14 days of receiving the watch. We will be happy to exchange the watch or provide a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Returns only applicable to online purchases through The Chrono Group website. 

The watch must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

The watch must not have been used or damaged beyond what’s necessary to examine it. A deduction in the refund total will apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If the watch is faulty or not as described, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer must notify us of the fault or discrepancy in writing by email or post within a reasonable time frame.
  • The customer must return the watch in its original packaging and condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the watch.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Contact your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chrono-group.com

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Hatton Gardens, Fifth Floor, Suite 23, London, England, EC1N 8LE}.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Due to the value of our products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only trade in GBP (£) GREAT BRITISH POUND STERLING. We do not accept any other currency. All sales and refunds are in GBP.
